Partly Blue Hashbrowns

Man, these were so good. We had these for breakfast and the next night made more with garlic and onions and had them with dinner.

  1. Anything partly blue is pretty good :) These were delicious. A little oil, salt, and pepper, don't even need anything else on them, though a little onion and garlic never hurt a potato dish.
